Dr. Morgan Smith joined our veterinary team in June 2025, bringing with her a deep passion for animal care and a strong background in science and medicine. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri, graduating magna cum laude, and previously completed her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines with the same honors. Dr. Smith is a proud member of both the Missouri Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.

Her professional interests include ultrasound, dentistry, and emergency care, but what truly drives her is client education. Dr. Smith finds it incredibly rewarding to help pet owners feel confident and empowered when making decisions for their furry family members. She believes that sharing knowledge not only improves the lives of pets but also strengthens the bond between veterinarian and client.

Dr. Smith grew up moving across eight different states, which sparked her love for adventure and new experiences. She spent time volunteering at a wildlife rehabilitation center in Colorado during college, further solidifying her commitment to animal care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, skiing, country line and swing dancing, and spending time at local breweries and coffee shops. Dr. Smith and her husband, Josh, a physical therapist, are excited to welcome a dog into their home soon. They are active members of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church.
