Heather is a dedicated receptionist at Eagle Animal Hospital at Staley who brings warmth, positivity, and compassion to every client interaction.  With over eight years of experience in the animal care field and a background as a Certified Veterinary Assistant, Heather is passionate about creating a smooth, welcoming check-in and check-out experience while helping pets and their families feel comfortable and cared for.  She is known for her positive care for both clients and their beloved pets.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her own four pets, hiking, fishing, camping, crocheting, baking, and enjoying board games and puzzles. She loves being part of a caring team that is committed to exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients and their furry family members.
