Dr. Michelle Rhodes is a Kansas City native whose passion for animals has led her to becoming a veterinarian. As a veterinarian, she is honored to be able to provide preventative health care, manage chronic illnesses and perform lifesaving surgeries in this field. She is grateful for her bonded client/patient relationships and continues to educate herself to be provide the best care possible.

Dr. Rhodes graduated from University of Missouri, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. She started out in private practice, where she practiced small animal veterinary medicine in the KC metro area. After 5yrs of practicing, Dr. Rhodes became interested in further education within pain management. This led her to becoming certified in Veterinary Acupuncture, studied through Colorado State. Dr. Rhodes has been specializing in pain management ever since.

When not in the clinic, Dr. Rhodes is spending time with family and exploring “the forever expanding” KC area. When needed, Dr. Rhodes will volunteer for The Humane Society of Greater KC spay and neuter programs that aid in community support and out-reach programs.

The Rhodes family includes 5 fur babies: Vader the skeptical feline, Betty the lazy Pitbull, Lulu the cutest chug mix, Meeko the sly Bengal and Tweedy the handsome DSH.
